




Job Summary: Coordinator responsible for monitoring sales opportunities, managing the team, ensuring customer strategies are implemented at the point of sale (POS), and providing support to promoters. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership and sales team development. 2. Support and supervision of promoters at the point of sale. 3. Strategic application and sales analysis. COORDINATORS RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor and analyze sales opportunities; participate in hiring and termination processes; train and develop the team; observe promoter performance at the point of sale and provide support whenever necessary; ensure that client strategies are implemented at the POS. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Completed high school education or currently pursuing higher education; personal vehicle with valid insurance (mandatory); prior experience as a promoter and as a support promoter; conflict management skills; exemplary social behavior and awareness of how one's actions impact the company’s reputation: ethics, morality, and social responsibility; verbal and written communication aligned with company standards; intermediate computer skills (internet, Excel, PowerPoint); basic knowledge of financial controls and HR administration; being ORGANIZED and PUNCTUAL in fulfilling responsibilities; critical thinking and creativity at the POS.
