MISSION: Perform cleaning duties in the F&B area and serve all guests professionally, in accordance with Vila Galé standards. YOUR PROFILE: * Completed high school education and/or currently enrolled. * Basic knowledge of cleaning products and safety equipment. * Prior experience in cleaning within the hotel, healthcare, or medium-to-large supermarket sectors is desirable. * Strong sense of organization and cleanliness, rigor, resilience, customer orientation, and teamwork spirit. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Clean, sanitize, and organize all kitchen and food service areas, including floors and walls. * Clean and maintain work machinery and various utensils: tableware, pots, stoves, refrigerators, griddles, freezers, etc. * Manage the internal staff restaurant, attending to all existing demands in the space—including food replenishment and supervision of utensil usage. * Support maintenance of buffet quality by assisting kitchen assistants, reporting replenishment needs and replacement of used utensils. * Set up chafing dishes for buffets. * Store waste in designated areas. * Request supplies from supervisors when necessary.
