MISSION: Perform cleaning duties in the F&B area and serve all guests professionally, in accordance with Vila Galé standards. YOUR PROFILE: * Completed High School education and/or currently enrolled. * Basic knowledge of cleaning products and safety equipment. * Prior experience in cleaning within the hotel, hospital, or medium-to-large supermarket sectors is desirable. * Strong sense of organization and cleanliness, rigor, resilience, customer orientation, and teamwork spirit. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Clean, sanitize, and organize all kitchen and food service areas, including floors and walls. * Clean and maintain work machinery and various utensils: tableware, pots, stoves, refrigerators, griddles, freezers, among others. * Manage the internal restaurant, attending to all existing demands in the space, including food replenishment and supervision of used utensils. * Support maintenance of buffet quality by assisting kitchen helpers, reporting replenishment needs and utensil replacements. * Set up chafing dishes in buffets. * Store waste in designated areas. * Request materials from supervisors when necessary.
