About the Opportunity: We are looking for professionals to work across various store departments, providing operational support and customer service. We value candidates with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. **This position is exclusively for PCD – no prior experience is required, and flexibility regarding educational background is offered.** Main Responsibilities: * Request and receive goods from the warehouse to replenish sales areas (shelves, overhead displays, and fresh produce stands). * Ensure proper organization and restocking of products according to demand and turnover. * Identify displayed products using labels, signs, and posters, monitoring quality and expiration dates. * Remove expired or substandard products from sales areas. * Update merchandise prices daily. * Serve customers, promote sales, and assist with exchanges in coordination with the responsible department. * Prepare and weigh fresh produce items, ensuring proper presentation and preservation. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and sanitation in the department, including equipment maintenance. * Follow safety regulations and identify operational hazards to prevent accidents. * Contribute to waste reduction through reuse and recycling of materials. * Comply with company policies and guidelines, respecting ethical and organizational values. * Perform other duties as required by the role. Requirements: * Position exclusively for PCD (with medical certificate). * No prior experience required. * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and willingness to learn. Work Schedule and Rotation: Rotation: 6 days on / 1 day off (alternating Sundays off). Available Shifts: * 7:00 AM – 3:20 PM * 3:00 PM – 11:10 PM Salary: Varies by region and position.
