Responsibilities: * Produce bakery items by preparing, fermenting, shaping, and baking them according to company recipes and standards. * Operate bakery equipment such as rollers, ovens, and mixers; * Collaborate in organizing and cleaning the workplace; * Ensure quality and established standards for bakery products. * Comply with hygiene and occupational safety regulations; * Monitor ingredient inventory and request replenishment when necessary. * Perform other duties relevant to the department.
