Job Summary: Professional to assist in pre-preparation, hygiene, organization, and distribution of food, ensuring food safety and compliance with the meal menu. Key Highlights: 1. Guarantee of food safety and adherence to the meal menu We are seeking a professional to support activities related to pre\-preparation, hygiene, organization, and distribution of food, ensuring food safety, kitchen cleanliness, and timely and responsible compliance with the school meal menu. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in food pre\-preparation (washing, cutting, ingredient separation). * Support meal, snack, and portion preparation according to guidance from the kitchen/nutrition team. * Perform hygiene of kitchen utensils, equipment, countertops, and floors. * Maintain a clean and organized environment throughout all preparation and service stages. * Store food properly, observing preservation criteria, expiration dates, and storage conditions. * Correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and maintain workplace safety practices. * Support meal assembly and delivery, respecting scheduled times. * Care for utensils and equipment, reporting needs for replacement or maintenance. * Comply with Sanitary Surveillance regulations and good food handling practices. * Follow the meal menu established by the nutrition team or management, without unauthorized modifications. * Perform other duties relevant to the area as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of good food handling practices. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Completed High School education. * Experience in industrial or school kitchens Minimum Education Level: Elementary School (1st level) * PetLove * Transportation Allowance * Breakfast at the Company * Study Grant for Dependents (Schools) \| subject to approval by Management after 60 days * Employee Study Assistance (50% Scholarship) after 60 days of employment, capped at R$ 500 * Totalpass * Ticket Benefits Club * SESC Agreement * SENAC Accreditation (50% Discount) * PUC Accreditation (Up to 30% Discount) * Meal Voucher
