Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive Grocery Stocker to ensure shelf organization and restocking, delivering an attractive visual presentation to customers. Key Highlights: 1. Organizing and restocking products on shelves and displays. 2. Monitoring product expiration dates (FIFO method) and updating price labels. 3. Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and providing basic customer service. Job Description: Grocery Stocker About the Role: We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Grocery Stocker to join our team! You will be responsible for ensuring shelves are always fully stocked, well-organized, and visually appealing to our customers. Main Responsibilities: \- Receiving, inspecting, and storing goods in the warehouse. \- Restocking and organizing products on grocery shelves, gondolas, and displays. \- Monitoring product expiration dates using the FIFO (First Expired, First Out) method. \- Placing and updating price labels and promotional signage. \- Maintaining organization, cleanliness, and hygiene in aisles and the warehouse. \- Providing basic customer service and guiding customers to product locations in the store. \- Identifying and reporting damaged items or low-stock products to supervisors. Requirements: \- Completed or currently pursuing high school education. \- Strong organizational skills, agility, and physical fitness for handling boxes and merchandise. \- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. \- Prior experience in supermarkets or retail is a plus. Preferred Qualities / Expected Attitudes: \- Proactivity and attention to detail (especially regarding expiration dates and pricing). \- Punctuality and commitment to scheduled working hours. \- Focus on keeping the store immaculate to enhance the customer experience.
