Bourbon Hospitality, one of the leading companies in the hotel industry, is seeking a General Services Assistant for Bourbon Resort Atibaia, located in Atibaia - SP. This professional will be responsible for performing cleaning and maintenance activities in all hotel facilities and public areas, excluding guest rooms, suites, kitchen and dining room, carrying out their work within the established quality standards, complying with internal and external procedures and regulations, as well as adhering to and maintaining the general policies of Bourbon Hospitality. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Check the cleanliness conditions of each area, inspecting locations and performing work according to the company's required standards. * Perform cleaning and housekeeping services in rooms and hallways, aiming to maintain hygiene and preservation conditions according to the company's quality standards. * Carry out duties using products, machines, and other materials appropriately, ensuring excellent results and cost reduction. * Be responsible for replenishing guest comfort items according to your assigned area. * Keep the cleaning and hygiene supply storage area organized to facilitate inventory control, restocking, and usage. * Maintain and care for plants and flowerpots within the facility, ensuring compliance with the company's landscaping standards. * Safeguard available equipment and materials to ensure longer durability. * Perform key and equipment check-out and return according to company procedures. * Conduct periodic patrols in social and common areas, identifying cleaning needs. * Deliver forgotten items according to company procedures. * Identify maintenance needs and report them to the responsible department. * Perform floor and carpet washing using appropriate products. * Retrieve product and material requests from the warehouse. * Verify the cleanliness conditions of each office environment, inspecting locations and performing work according to required standards. * Dust furniture using cloths and dusters to maintain clean environments. * Polish and shine surfaces of various types using appropriate materials and equipment to maintain proper presentation of the spaces. * Perform other related duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: * Previous experience in general cleaning is desirable. * Basic hygiene knowledge * Customer focus * Sense of urgency SCHEDULE: To be determined.
