Ease of teamwork **JOB: CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT** Location: Parque Primavera – Aparecida de Goiânia/GO We are seeking a committed, organized, and responsible professional to perform cleaning, maintenance, and organization of the company’s internal and external areas, contributing to a clean, pleasant, and well-maintained space for everyone. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform cleaning and maintenance of internal unit areas; * Carry out sweeping, floor washing, garbage removal, and environmental organization; * Restock restrooms with toilet paper, paper towels, and soap; * Maintain the kitchen area and prepare coffee twice daily; * Request replenishment of cleaning supplies from the procurement department; * Perform cleaning and maintenance of external company areas; * Assist in garden maintenance and care; * Clean the parking lot; * Support general maintenance and upkeep of unit facilities; * Perform other duties related to the position as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Desired Qualifications:** * Organization and proactivity; * Commitment to cleaning and maintenance of environments; * Ease of teamwork.
