This is your chance to learn and develop your skills in a dynamic and high-end environment, alongside a dedicated team committed to delivering memorable experiences to our guests. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare dishes according to supervisor guidelines, applying cooking, grilling, or roasting techniques to ensure quality, hygiene, flavor, aroma, and presentation of meals to be served; * Assemble individual dishes, buffets, trays, and other items, and distribute them to consumption areas; * Coordinate meal preparation activities, supervising team service execution; * Inspect cleaning of equipment and utensils, taking corrective actions when necessary; * Ensure food replenishment at all distribution points whenever required. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Prior experience in this role; * Experience in beach clubs, luxury restaurants, or fine dining; * Completed High School education; * Availability to work on a 6x1 shift schedule.
