We are looking for a Complementary Distributor Sales Representative to serve distributors representing the industry, ensuring the execution of commercial strategy and the best performance of our products at the point of sale, as well as merchandising execution. You will serve the customer portfolio in the city of Bauru\-SP and surrounding region, with residence in this location being essential. A Taste of What You’ll Do **Customer Service:** Serve traditional retail customers, ensuring the execution of commercial strategy and optimal performance of our products at the point of sale; **Achieve Monthly Targets:** Understand monthly targets, customer history, and potential to effectively plan and execute sales; **Execute Visit Routes:** Visit customers according to the schedule and daily activities previously established by RTM planning; **Conduct Negotiations:** Identify opportunities, diagnose customer portfolio profiles and priorities, and negotiate sales; **Build Relationships:** Establish long-term, professional relationships with customer buyers; **Master the Portfolio:** Study, understand, and master the complete range of products sold, as well as current commercial policies and sales campaigns. What We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree in progress or completed (mandatory); Valid category B driver's license and personal vehicle (mandatory); Proven experience in sales negotiation involving product mix and coverage, merchandising actions, promotions, delivery terms, payment conditions, etc. (mandatory); Proficiency in Office Suite and experience with sales systems are preferred.
