Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for maintaining organization, cleanliness, and product control in cold rooms, ensuring product quality, proper storage, and restocking in sales areas, in compliance with hygiene standards. Key Highlights: 1. Keep cold rooms clean and organized 2. Ensure product quality and proper storage 3. Manage inventory and assist in restocking for sales \- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the establishment's cold and frozen rooms; \- Identify products inside the cold rooms to ensure correct storage and facilitate location; \- Monitor product expiration dates to safeguard product quality; \- Monitor and control cold room temperatures to ensure they are appropriate for food preservation; \- Assist in receiving and storing products, verifying arrival temperature and placing them in designated areas; \- Manage product inventory to ensure adequate supply, avoiding shortages and overstocking; \- Participate in organizing and restocking products in sales areas, maintaining proper display and facilitating customer access; \- Strictly adhere to the company's established food hygiene and safety standards.
