Customer Service and Sales * **Counter Service:** Fulfill direct customer orders, providing guidance on the best cuts for specific preparations and answering technical questions. * **Product Display:** Organize and restock display cases and counters (for counter service and self-service), ensuring an attractive presentation and clear pricing of merchandise. 3.
