Maintaining a clean and organized workplace while adhering to safety regulations. #### **About the position:** * Work as a butcher in a supermarket, responsible for meat preparation, cutting, and display, ensuring quality and hygiene. * Provide customer service, assist customers in product selection, and clarify inquiries. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace while complying with food safety regulations. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Perform cutting, deboning, and preparation of beef, pork, and poultry according to supermarket standards. * Inspect incoming products for quality and store them appropriately. * Organize the meat display case, maintaining an attractive presentation compliant with sanitary regulations. * Serve customers courteously, providing guidance on cuts and meat preparation. * Monitor meat inventory and report replenishment needs. * Strictly adhere to workplace hygiene and safety regulations. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Proven experience as a butcher, preferably in supermarkets or similar establishments. * Knowledge of beef, pork, and poultry cuts. * Proficiency in handling knives and butchery equipment. * Familiarity with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. #### **Desirable qualifications (preferred):** * Technical or vocational training in butchery or food-related fields. * Customer service knowledge. * Experience in inventory and stock control. * Teamwork ability and strong communication skills. #### **Work schedule and hours:** * Rotating shift schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off
