Job Summary: The professional will delight customers with personalized fashion consulting, present products, organize inventory and window displays, and support cash register routines and administrative processes. Support in cash register routines and performance report analysis * **Delight customers:** by providing personalized fashion consulting; * **Present and offer products:** also via the omnichannel platform (e\-commerce, cash register, and physical store); * **Receive, verify, and organize products:** ensuring correct inventory levels and point-of-sale (POS) replenishment according to Visual Merchandising (VM) standards; * **Manage garment steaming:** ensuring impeccable quality and presentation of displayed products; * **Set up window displays and mannequins:** creating fashion coordinations according to the VM manual and leadership guidance; * **Support cash register routines:** including store opening and/or closing; * **Organize fitting rooms and sales areas:** removing hangers and shopping bags, and maintaining overall organization; * **Contribute to administrative and commercial processes:** analyzing performance reports and identifying improvement opportunities.
