




Job Summary: A professional responsible for assisting with administrative routines, inventory control, document preparation, and support across various departments. Key Highlights: 1. Support for onboarding processes and Occupational Safety **Job Responsibilities:** * Assist the immediate supervisor and other departments with tasks such as information registration, document organization and preparation, supply inventory control, and other administrative activities. * Support departments in organizing, typing, and archiving documents. * Prepare reports and control spreadsheets as instructed. * Perform external administrative services when necessary. * Monitor employee time clock records and working hour banks. * Manage supply inventory control, notifying the immediate supervisor when item replenishment is required. * Distribute PPEs to employees and record them in the control sheet. * Support documentation related to employee onboarding and internal transfers. * Assist the Occupational Safety department with its operational demands. * Attend client meetings. * Guide new employees on area-specific tasks, accompany them, and facilitate their familiarity with equipment. **Prerequisites:** * Completed high school education. * Minimum 6 months of experience in administrative routines. * Intermediate Office software proficiency. * Driver's license category B is considered a plus.
