More than 30,000 organizations already rely on us to verify the identities of people and things, grant access to digital services, analyze vast quantities of information and encrypt data to make the connected world more secure.**Process Engineer** This position is **onsite** at our Barueri unit. **Summary** Monitor and establish processes, machinery, resources, and production environment, focusing on optimizing productivity and unit cost. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead multidisciplinary teams in projects/improvements; * Manage changes and introduction of machinery, products, and personnel; * Define respective methods aiming at productivity, cost, control, and operational efficiency; * Define and implement productive capacities and resources required for operations; * Monitor productive capacity and capability, establishing relevant indicators; * Define and implement strategies for new products, machinery, or production processes; * Support/lead projects and activities involving definition of processes, machinery, and/or products; * Generate all documentation required for machinery, processes, and/or products; * Conduct training, when necessary, for areas involved in processes; * Perform costing and detailed investment analyses, ROI; * Lead and manage projects of diverse nature; * Follow and replicate Lean philosophy. **Qualifications** * Engineering degree. * Experience in production area – manufacturing. * Advanced English. * Knowledge of project management (PMBOK and Scrum).
