We strive to provide the best working environment for our employees; therefore, we are seeking energetic professionals eager to learn new things and willing to be part of something greater. **Responsibilities and duties** * Operate production machines—including CNC-programmed machines—following instructions specified in drawings, process sheets, and work orders, ensuring the quality of manufactured products; * Perform minor machine adjustments according to the product to be manufactured, replacing tools and molds to optimize production and ensure product quality; * Keep your machine supplied with the required raw material or request replenishment from the materials department, ensuring continuous process flow and optimal equipment productivity; * Monitor machine control panels, verifying raw material and auxiliary material supply, as well as oil, fluid levels, and the condition of cutting, drilling, and bending tools, requesting component replacement or maintenance whenever necessary; * Observe, evaluate, and analyze parts produced on your machine, performing visual inspections and using measuring instruments to verify their dimensions and quality; * Perform part finishing tasks, removing burrs and excess welding material using manual sanding equipment. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Knowledge of technical drawing reading and interpretation. * Preferred: Experience operating CNC machines. **Additional information** * Attendance Bonus * Meal Allowance * Transportation * On-site meals * Dental Plan * Co-payment Medical Assistance * Wellhub * Life Insurance To achieve our goals, we do not work alone.
