Logistics Analyst

Description

JOB MISSION Analyze logistical data and processes to generate strategic information, promote continuous improvement, standardize procedures, and ensure operational efficiency in receiving, inventory, shipping, and customer service activities, contributing to decision-making and overall supply chain performance. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1\. Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs such as OTIF, inventory accuracy, lead time, inventory turnover, service level, and productivity. 2\. Prepare management reports and performance dashboards, transforming data into relevant information for management. 3\. Identify deviations, trends, and opportunities for improvement in KPIs. 4\. Map, review, and standardize logistics processes, developing work instructions and operational workflows. 5\. Monitor implementation of continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, waste elimination, and operational efficiency enhancement. 6\. Control inventory levels and support scheduling of cycle and general inventories, ensuring accuracy. 7\. Analyze inventory discrepancies and support root cause identification and resolution. 8\. Plan and monitor inbound and outbound logistics process operations, evaluating process performance. 9\. Negotiate deadlines, terms, and improvements with carriers and logistics providers. 10\. Track orders, deliveries, and SLAs, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. Requirements and Qualifications 1\. Advanced Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, charts). 2\. Knowledge of ERP systems and BI tools (Power BI is a plus). 3\. Ability to interpret and develop logistics KPIs. 4\. Basic understanding of production control (PCP), inventory, and supply chain management. 5\. Knowledge of process mapping and standardization. 6\. Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (PDCA, Kaizen, Lean). 7\. Basic understanding of transportation and distribution operations. Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
