Strict application of food hygiene and safety standards Hotel located in the center of Uberlândia is hiring a NIGHT SHIFT KITCHEN ASSISTANT. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Wash, peel, cut, and prepare food as directed by chefs. * Sanitize fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients according to sanitary regulations. * Organize ingredients and utensils to facilitate team workflow. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, countertops, utensils, and equipment. * Ensure proper waste segregation and correct use of PPE. * Restock supplies such as seasonings, packaging, utensils, and others. * Strictly adhere to hygiene, food safety, and good handling practices. **REQUIREMENTS** * Relevant work experience * Completed elementary education * Availability to work required hours **BENEFITS** * Salary: BRL 1,804.04 + 8% attendance bonus * Gratuity: BRL 300.00 * Meal allowance: BRL 20.00 per day * Night shift allowance * Birthday bonus * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Transportation allowance **WORK SCHEDULE** From 10:20 PM to 6:00 AM Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: BRL 1,900.00 – BRL 2,500.00 per month Work location: On-site
