Development journey culminating in becoming an Investment Advisor The **Commercial Assistant Training Program** is designed for individuals seeking to take their first steps in the financial market, with the opportunity to **learn commercial routines hands-on** and develop until becoming an Investment Advisor. During the program, you will: * Closely observe the daily activities of Investment Advisors; * Participate in commercial meetings and training sessions; * Support clients with operational and relationship-related requests; * Learn how to act with a focus on portfolio growth and management. Within **12 to 18 months**, based on your performance, you will have the opportunity to assume a client portfolio drawn from experienced Advisors’ base. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Development Program Stages** **Experience as a Commercial Assistant** Your journey begins at this stage, directly supporting Investment Advisors and experiencing commercial routines day-to-day. Here, you will develop your **practical skills** in relationship-building and organization, gaining deep insight into the dynamics of investment advisory services. Key responsibilities: * Initial client service; * Account opening and onboarding; * Sending orders and documents; * Supporting investment portfolio construction; * Organizing client records and documentation (powers of attorney, updates, probate proceedings, etc.); * Participating in commercial meetings and training sessions.
