Clear plates, glasses, and cutlery after consumption, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment. * **Closing and Payment:** Issue bills, process payments (cash, cards, or PIX), and verify the closing of the dining area or cash register at the end of the shift. * **Hospitality:** Provide courteous service, promptly and amicably resolving inquiries or complaints to foster customer loyalty.
