**HOSPITAL CLEANING ASSISTANT \- UNIICA JARDIM BOTÂNICO (PSYCHIATRIC HOSPITAL)** Position also available for Persons with Disabilities (PwD) **Workplace:** Rua Eleonora Muricy Novaes, 171 \- Jardim Botânico, Curitiba \- PR, 80210\-131 **Mandatory requirements, subject to disqualification if not met:** Completed elementary education (minimum 5th grade completed \- proof required); Complete vaccination schedule (COVID-19, Hepatitis B, MMR, and Adult Diphtheria-Tetanus); Experience in cleaning roles within hospitals, factories/industries, condominiums, or schools; Proficiency in Microsoft Office. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform concurrent and terminal cleaning of patient rooms, wards, clinical units, administrative areas, and common areas, in accordance with institutional protocols; * Carry out cleaning and disinfection of fixed surfaces and furniture, including tables, countertops, stretchers, hospital beds, chairs, handrails, doors, door handles, and light switches; * Perform cleaning and disinfection of restrooms, sinks, mirrors, floors, walls, and other surfaces using institutionally standardized sanitizing products; * Perform floor cleaning and maintenance through wet sweeping, washing, waxing, disinfection, and use of specialized equipment when necessary; * Carry out cleaning in critical, semi-critical, and non-critical areas, according to biosafety classification and protocols; * Properly collect and contain common and recyclable waste from departments, respecting institutional workflows and routines; * Restock hygiene supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, liquid soap, alcohol-based hand sanitizer, and other materials as needed; * Use cleaning and disinfecting products correctly, adhering to dilution ratios, techniques, and manufacturer/institutional instructions; * Prepare and organize functional cleaning carts, ensuring they remain fully stocked, clean, and orderly; * Sanitize and maintain cleaning equipment and materials in appropriate working condition; * Report any non-conformities to the immediate supervisor, including structural damage, excessive dirt accumulation, or need for maintenance; * Immediately clean spills of liquids, organic matter, or other contaminants, per institutional protocol; * Clean external areas under the department’s responsibility, such as corridors, entrances, reception, and common areas; * Strictly comply with hygiene, biosafety, infection prevention and control protocols, per ANVISA and Ministry of Health guidelines; * Complete forms, checklists, and activity records accurately, per institutional routines and requirements; * Correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE); * Maintain ethical, professional, and respectful conduct in the workplace, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment; * Perform other duties related to the Hygiene and Cleaning Service, as directed by the immediate supervisor. * Accurately and completely fill out all forms, checklists, and activity records, including waste collection, transportation, storage, and disposal, following institutional models and routines to ensure traceability, control, and compliance with internal protocols and applicable regulations. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Salary:** Category base salary **We Offer:** Meal voucher (no payroll deduction); Health insurance plan; Dental insurance plan; Transportation allowance; Brazil Benefits Card; Pharmacy benefits; University partnerships; \+Gympass; Maternity kit / Gestar Bem Program; Daycare assistance for mothers with children up to 5 years old; Birthday leave (Day off).
