Senior Software Architect

Description

**What we are looking for:** A software architect professional to define and evolve distributed architectures, with a focus on back-end .NET and front-end React. This role involves technical leadership, defining architectural standards, and supporting the development of scalable, resilient solutions aligned with business needs. **Responsibilities:** * Define and evolve distributed system architectures using .NET (C#) for back-end and React for front-end; * Lead critical technical decisions, ensuring scalability, observability, and resilience of solutions; * Serve as a technical reference for engineering teams, promoting best development practices; * Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to design business-aligned solutions; * Evaluate and propose new technologies, frameworks, and architectural patterns; * Ensure adoption of security, governance, and compliance standards—especially in financial contexts; * Support legacy system modernization, including migration to microservices-based and cloud-native architectures; * Define integration standards across systems, covering REST APIs, messaging, and event-driven architectures. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Senior Software Architect; + Strong expertise in back-end development with .NET Core / .NET 6+; + Experience in front-end development using React; + Hands-on experience with microservices and distributed systems; + Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Azure; + Experience with messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar); + Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes); + Knowledge of design and architectural patterns (e.g., DDD, Clean Architecture, SOLID); + Experience with observability (logs, metrics, tracing); + Preferred: Prior experience in financial services environments; * Experience designing large-scale event-driven architectures; **Behavioral Profile:** **We are looking for someone who:** * Enjoys working in teams and collaborates effectively in their responsibilities; * Has the courage to challenge themselves and go beyond, embracing new growth opportunities; * Transforms ideas into creative solutions and pursues quality in all daily activities; * Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills; * Is capable of and comfortable working independently and managing their own time; * Is interested in tackling technologically innovative and challenging situations. **Big enough to deliver – small enough to care.** **\#VempraGFT** **\#VamosVoarJuntos** **\#ProudToBeGFT** With over 35 years in the market and presence in 16 countries, GFT employs more than 12\.000 people worldwide—including 4\.000 in Brazil.
