We are seeking faculty members with academic training **in Accounting Sciences** to teach distance learning (EaD) courses and join our team. **What will you do in this role?** * Develop didactic-pedagogical content to support the production and delivery of course topics in the virtual learning environment; * Facilitate discussions in forums related to course content; * Assess student learning in forums and other activities; * Design course activities and assessments semiannually, according to guidance from the EaD pedagogical coordination; * Attend in-person meetings as scheduled, when required; * Submit grades within the deadlines established in the course schedule; * Participate in faculty development programs; * Prepare course teaching plans; * Guide, supervise, and deliver instruction for assigned courses; * Develop instruments to assess academic performance; * Ensure quality and productivity of academic activities; * Attend meetings and contribute to collegiate bodies; * Comply with the Institution’s Strategic Plan and Statutes, as well as applicable laws and regulations. **Courses taught:** * Advanced Accounting; * Budgeting and Accounting Applied to the Public Sector; * Economic Management and Actuarial Concepts; * Auditing and Forensic Accounting; * Managerial Accounting, Cost Accounting, and Controller Functions. **What are the selection process stages?** * Curriculum review * Recorded video lecture * Online practical exam * Interview with the selection committee Note: To complete registration, applicants must provide the link to their Lattes Curriculum on empregare. * **All selection process stages are both eliminatory and classificatory. Therefore, candidates will be invited to the next stage only if they pass the previous one.** **Requirements: What is required?** * Reside in Brasília; * Hold an undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences or related fields, certified by diploma, in accordance with current legislation. * Hold at least a lato sensu postgraduate degree, certified by diploma. **Knowledge in one (1) or more of the following knowledge areas, as specified below:** * **Advanced Accounting:** * **Budgeting and Accounting Applied to the Public Sector;** * **Economic Management and Actuarial Concepts;** * **Auditing and Forensic Accounting;** * **Managerial Accounting, Cost Accounting, and Controller Functions**. **Preferred qualifications:** * Possession of a stricto sensu postgraduate degree, certified by diploma; * Scientific output in the last three (3) years; * Demonstrated experience teaching at the higher education level; * Demonstrated professional experience in the field, excluding higher education teaching activities; * Demonstrated experience as a faculty member/tutor in Distance Education (EaD), utilizing a Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). **Required competencies:** * Impermanence * Esteem * Excellence * Courage **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** Communication will occur primarily via the empregare platform, and you will receive an e\-mail whenever a message or activity is sent.
