After all, it is 100% Brazilian and crafted by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate low-complexity machines and equipment associated with the production line, activating appropriate control devices for machine operation, as well as adjusting machines and parameters throughout the production process to ensure compliance with production orders. * Perform various production-line activities, such as product processing and assembly, general operational condition inspections, low-complexity maintenance (e.g., lubrication and equipment/machine adjustments), and manual, semi-automatic, and automatic material handling—to support smooth production operations. * Carry out quality routines, complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines; perform rework disposal and equipment cleaning; report and quarantine non-conforming products; and execute the Process Technical Standard (PTS) to guarantee adherence to established quality standards. * Conduct TPM routines, identifying anomalies in machines and equipment; issuing quality, maintenance, environmental, and safety tags; and addressing related issues. Submit SSMA Incident Reports (behavioral observations) and Non-Conformities; participate in Productivity and Pre/Post PCM meetings when requested—aiming to maximize equipment and production process productivity and efficiency. * Perform occasional general service tasks as directed by management, ensuring basic equipment and workspace conditions. * Understand and apply conscious consumption practices and natural resource conservation, aligned with the company’s SSMA policies, comprehending environmental impacts and risks, as well as familiarizing oneself with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. **Worth noting:** Monday to Saturday, from 1:20 PM to 9:40 PM. **Additional Information** **See what we offer:** **Our Benefits – Caring for You at Every Stage of Life** ============================================================== At Ypê, we believe our people deserve to live with well-being, security, and real growth opportunities.
