### **What we are looking for** We are seeking an **LLMOps Engineer** to support and evolve our Generative AI platform, ensuring availability, security, observability, and cost efficiency across multi\-cloud environments. The professional will support development teams in operating AI Gateways, RAG, AI agent pipelines, and scalable AI infrastructure. ### **Responsibilities** * Manage AI Gateway and integrations with: + Azure OpenAI + AWS Bedrock + Google Vertex AI * Provision and monitor vector databases and RAG infrastructure * Work with Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform * Implement LLM observability: + LangSmith + LangFuse + Grafana + Datadog AI * Build CI/CD pipelines for AI and automated evaluations (Evals) * Monitor costs and optimize inference consumption (FinOps) ### **Requirements and qualifications** * Knowledge of: + LLMs + RAG + Embeddings + Agents * Experience with: + AWS Bedrock + Azure OpenAI + Vertex AI * Proficiency in: + Python + TypeScript + Terraform + Kubernetes + Docker * Knowledge of: + REST + gRPC + API Gateways ### **Nice-to-have** * AWS / Azure / GCP AI certifications * Experience with: + vLLM + Ollama + Local LLMs * Knowledge of AI security (OWASP LLM) ### **Behavioral description** We are looking for someone who: * Has an analytical mindset and platform-oriented vision * Is collaborative and solution-focused * Demonstrates autonomy and technical accountability * Shows technological curiosity and adaptability * Thrives in innovative, multidisciplinary environments With over 35 years in the market and operations in 16 countries, GFT employs more than 12\.000 people worldwide, including 4\.000 in Brazil.
