Job Summary: We are seeking a Mid/Senior-level professional to work on backend system development and maintenance, focusing on Kotlin/Java and AWS, fostering innovation and collaboration within agile teams. Collaborative, creative teamwork with strong problem-solving skills. **What We’re Looking For:** A Mid/Senior-level professional experienced in **(Java/AWS).** **Responsibilities:** * Backend Developer (Kotlin/Java); * Knowledge of AWS (ECS, SQS, Kafka) is a plus; * The professional will perform maintenance on BFFs (Kotlin preferred); legacy systems may be in Java. * Development, maintenance, and testing of APIs and microservice architecture, with full expertise in Spring Boot framework and AWS cloud; Python is a differentiator. * Hands-on experience with AI tools (mandatory). * Proven experience in projects and teams applying agile practices. **Mandatory Requirements** * Backend development with Kotlin or Java. * Knowledge of AWS (ECS, SQS, Kafka) is a plus and essential for subsequent allocation within the talent pool. * The professional will perform maintenance on BFFs (Kotlin preferred); legacy systems may be in Java. * Advanced Java Spring Boot; * Microservices, distributed systems, REST API development, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, SNS/Kafka, SQS, EventBridge, EKS). * Databases: RDS, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB; CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, ArgoCD * Observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, Instana, Dynatrace, or OpenTelemetry * Experience with Stackspot; hands-on experience with AI tools; AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and AWS Certified Developer certifications. **Behavioral Profile:** We seek a person who: * Enjoys working in teams and is **collaborative** in their responsibilities; * Has the **courage** to challenge themselves and go beyond, embracing new growth opportunities; * Transforms ideas into **creative solutions** and pursues quality in all daily tasks; * Possesses strong **problem-solving skills**; * Is capable and comfortable working independently and **managing their own time**; * Is interested in tackling technologically **adverse and innovative** situations.
