Description

The IT Support Assistant I is responsible for providing first-level support to end users in accordance with internal policies, contributing to the execution of Information Technology processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What you will do:** 1\. Provide IT support to general users (including management systems) 2\. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the company's data network and primary IT equipment 3\. Monitor and track the usage of IT supplies to avoid waste and unnecessary replacements 4\. Assist in controlling the entry and exit of IT equipment undergoing preventive and corrective maintenance (internal and external) 5\.
