Job Summary: We are seeking a Product Development Intern to support information collection and consolidation, time tracking, creation of Quality Forms (FQs), and technical documentation, ensuring up-to-date information. Job Description: Collect, verify, and consolidate information related to working hours banks, compensations, debits, and overtime, using area-specific forms. Support the procurement process by requesting quotations from suppliers, preparing budget estimates, and creating Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in the SAP system. Record and track working hours per product and per activity in a dedicated management system (GP), contributing to production monitoring and project cost tracking. Create and manage Quality Forms (FQs), maintaining traceability of prototypes across versions and revisions. Perform verification and validation of codes, versions, and revisions of technical documents using the Teamcenter Engineering system. Support the creation, organization, and maintenance of Product Books in area-specific systems. Develop technical documentation for products and palletization processes. Publish and control technical documentation on the SoftExpert platform. Ensure accurate updating and control of product technical information during development and engineering change phases. Assist in managing and organizing technical documentation, ensuring compliance with internal procedures. Requirements: Currently enrolled in Engineering, Administration, or related fields; Reside in Jundiaí or surrounding areas; Knowledge of the SAP system (preferred); Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (preferred).
