Job Summary: We are seeking an intern to work in Human Resources, providing support in recruitment, training, administrative tasks, and organizational climate initiatives, while growing within a dynamic environment. Participation in organizational climate initiatives and internal marketing We are looking for an intern to join our **Human Resources** team and grow with us! **Location:** Campinas \- SP **Working hours:** 5 hours/day – Monday to Saturday **Internship stipend:** \[R$ 900.00] \+ Transportation allowance \+ Life insurance \+ Birthday day off \+ TotalPass \+ Health platform with telemedicine. **Responsibilities:** * Support in recruitment and selection processes (job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling); * Assistance in training and onboarding of new employees; * Administrative support for the department (file organization, spreadsheet management, internal communication); * Participation in organizational climate initiatives and internal marketing. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in **Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management**, or related fields; * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and organizational ability; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); * Interest in building a career in HR is desirable. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Participation in academic activities related to HR; * Prior experience in customer service. **Want to develop in a dynamic environment and learn hands-on with a team that values people?
