That’s why we invest in and support you: In your life...with recognition, benefits, and flexibility to enhance your health and well-being In your career...with opportunities to learn, develop new skills, and unlock your full potential In your connections...with an inclusive, committed team—both among ourselves and with broader communities Everything you need is here … Make Your **Best** Happen **Responsibilities:** * Support implementation of the company’s safety and quality standards, adhering to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 guidelines, while keeping related notices up to date; * Assist in laboratory system administration and general workspace organization; * Monitor laboratory activities, including formula execution and sample preparation; * Verify and control incoming samples; * Produce small laboratory-scale batches for testing and validation; * Perform routine tasks such as sample preparation and specific tests for the PKG (packaging) area; * Introduction to formulation, colorimetry, manufacturing processes, and physicochemical analyses; * Assist in preparing internal reports in PowerPoint format; * Support the 5S program and manage expiration dates of raw materials, samples, and instruments. **Work Location: São Bernardo do Campo** **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in the 2nd or 3rd year of Chemistry or Chemical Engineering; * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office); * Intermediate English (preferred); * Prior experience in paint and coating companies (preferred); * Proactive profile with strong motivation to learn and grow.
