Join one of the **country's most modern hospital complexes**, recognized nationally for the **quality and safety** of its medical services and the **humanism** of its professionals, supported by innovative processes and equipment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Contribute to and perform billing-related operations, critically analyzing activities and seeking alternatives to optimize operations and improve processes; * Provide support to staff members to clarify doubts and deliver guidance; * Support operational management of billing teams; * Conduct training sessions according to health insurance plan rules; * Provide data to support productivity and quality assessments of performed activities; * Perform other related and inherent duties; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite; * Analytical and proactive mindset; * Ability to learn quickly and solve problems; * Serve as a reference in work processes; * Prior experience in **Hospital Billing**, specifically in the "**Other Health Insurance Plans**" segment, for **at least one (1) year**; * Knowledge and experience in **Authorizations** is a plus. **Additional Information** **Learn about our benefits:** * On-site cafeteria; * Commuter Pass / Parking; * Employees’ Association (AFUSC); * Education partnership program; * Medical and dental health plans; * Daycare benefit; * Pharmacy benefit; * Initiatives promoting workplace well-being.
