Job Summary: A finance professional responsible for accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, cash flow management, monthly financial closing, and supporting financial reporting, using ERP systems and Excel. Key Highlights: 1. Prior experience in finance and hands-on experience with accounts payable and receivable. 2. Knowledge of bank reconciliation, cash flow management, and intermediate Excel skills. 3. Proficiency with ERP systems, organizational skills, and responsibility for meeting deadlines. **Main Responsibilities** * Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable; * Performing bank reconciliation; * Monitoring and updating cash flow; * Conducting monthly financial closing; * Issuing and clearing payment slips (boletos); * Managing delinquency control and collections; * Recording financial transactions and performing verifications; * Supporting the preparation of financial reports; * Liaising with accounting departments, suppliers, and customers; * Using ERP systems and Excel spreadsheets. Requirements * Previous experience in the finance area; * Hands-on experience with accounts payable and receivable; * Knowledge of bank reconciliation; * Knowledge of cash flow management; * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency; * Ability to work efficiently with systems (ERP); * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to deadlines. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in logistics or transportation companies; * Knowledge of bank file transmission and return (CNAB); * Experience in financial closing; * Knowledge of tax withholdings.
