Job Summary:
Responsible for handling and monitoring authorizations, providing support to Medical Audit, and serving other Unimed cooperatives.

Requirements:
* Completed high school education or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or related fields;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
* Experience working in a health insurance operator, preferably in customer service or authorization processing;
* Knowledge of ANS legislation and regulations.
Responsibilities:
* Handling, follow-up, and resolution of authorization-related pending items using internal tools.
* Supporting Medical Audit to ensure agility and compliance in processes.
* Efficiently monitoring and finalizing group authorizations, such as hospital admissions, OPME (Orthopedic, Prosthetic, and Medical Equipment), among others.
* Serving other Unimed cooperatives by updating them on the beneficiary's authorization status, registration status, and other relevant information.
