We offer much more than traditional accounting—our clients find professionals specialized in corporate management and finance. **About the hiring:** * CLT employment regime; * Position requires on-site work in Canoas/RS; * Benefits: Meal voucher (VA), Transportation voucher (VT)/Mobility allowance, On-site cafeteria, Health insurance plan, Birthday bonus, Learning platform, Education incentive. **Responsibilities:** * Perform accounting entries in accordance with current legislation for low-complexity companies under the Simples Nacional and Lucro Presumido tax regimes; * Configure new clients within accounting systems, such as Domínio, Escritório Inteligente, Conta Azul, and Integration Spreadsheets; * Accurately classify and record accounting documents, as well as reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts (banks, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, inventory, taxes, etc.); * Calculate monthly results and perform month-end closing for low-complexity clients; * Submit ancillary obligations for Simples Nacional companies (DEFIS) and IBGE reports for low-complexity companies under the Simples Nacional and Lucro Presumido tax regimes; * Submit IBGE reports for low-complexity companies under the Simples Nacional and Lucro Presumido tax regimes; * Monitor legislation and updates to ensure correct recording of accounting transactions. * Support the preparation of spreadsheets and data for accounting analysis for low-complexity companies under the Simples Nacional and Lucro Presumido tax regimes. **Requirements:** * Minimum one year of prior experience in related activities; * Undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences currently in progress/incomplete; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Knowledge of Domínio system; Job type: Full-time, permanent CLT position Compensation: R$2\.300,00 \- R$2\.800,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
