We are seeking an Artificial Intelligence Specialist to work embedded within Grupo Casas Bahia’s business squads, transforming challenges and opportunities into AI-driven solutions and intelligent agents that generate business value. You will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and operating AI agents and workflows, following the reference architecture, standards, and governance of the Agentic Platform. You will partner closely with Analytics Engineers, Business Analytics, and business areas to identify opportunities, accelerate AI adoption, and ensure secure, scalable, and corporate Data, AI & Innovation guardrail-aligned deliveries. **Responsibilities and duties** * Work embedded within a business squad, deeply understanding area processes and identifying where AI delivers tangible value. * Design, build, and deploy AI agents and workflows using the Agentic Platform’s standards and reference architecture (agent orchestration, MCP, connectors, Databricks Genie). * Rapidly prototype—from PoC to pilot to production—validating value with the business area and iterating each cycle. * Integrate agents with corporate data and systems: Databricks (Genie Spaces, Unity Catalog), Microsoft 365, Atlassian, and business-area systems. * Ensure solution quality: response evaluation, testing, observability, and continuous prompt and tool tuning. * Operate within AI governance, information security, and LGPD guardrails defined by the AI COE, monitoring solution consumption and cost. * Support AI upskilling and adoption across business areas, including citizen development initiatives (Agente Maker). **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields. * Experience developing and delivering Data and/or AI solutions, including use cases with LLMs in PoCs and/or production. * Hands-on experience integrating AI solutions with corporate data and systems. * Practical knowledge of at least one LLM platform (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google) via API, including prompting, function calling/tool use, and response evaluation. * Strong Python programming logic and familiarity with API consumption. * Knowledge of SQL and experience working with data, preferably in Databricks. * Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. * Hands\-on profile, autonomous and focused on value generation. **It would be great if you had (differentiators):** * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or Machine Learning—considered a plus. * Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP), connectors, and agent architectures. * Experience with Databricks (Genie, Unity Catalog, Mosaic AI). * Prior experience in data or AI projects alongside business areas. * Familiarity with AI governance, information security, and LGPD. * Experience in large-scale retail or e\-commerce. * English proficiency to follow technical documentation and tools. **Additional information** **Check out some of the amazing benefits we’ve prepared to ensure your well\-being and quality of life:** * **PLR/Bonus**: An extra recognition to appreciate your effort and dedication! * **Medical and Dental Assistance**: So you have full security and care for your health and your family’s. * **Meal Voucher**: Because we know quality nutrition is essential for your daily life! * **Life Insurance**: Peace of mind and protection for you and your loved ones. * **Extended Maternity Leave**: 180 days for our moms to enjoy this special moment with their baby! * **Extended Paternity Leave**: 20 days so fathers can also be present during their child’s first days of life. * **Incentive for physical activity**: Access Wellhub (Gympass) and Total Pass to take care of your health and keep your body moving. * **Transportation Voucher**: To ensure your commute to work is stress-free and worry-free. * **SESC Agreement**: Enjoy incredible benefits in culture, leisure, health, and much more! * **Discount Club**: Enjoy discounts of up to 70% on products and services with over 2\.000 partners across Brazil and Latin America! * **Birthday Day\-off**: Celebrate your special day with more relaxation and fun—you’re entitled to a day off on your birthday! * **Pharmacy Discounts**: Exclusive discounts on medications to help you save on health care!
