Health and well\-being guide our decisions. **\#BecauseLifeIsCaredFor** **Responsibilities and attributes** **In your day-to-day you will:** * Act in the evolution of corporate solutions and processes that support the management of demands, projects, services, and collaboration, promoting efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement; * Administer, configure, and evolve platforms for the management of demands, projects, portfolios, and collaboration, supporting business areas and technology teams in the adoption of tools, dissemination of best practices, and continuous improvement; * Support the definition and evolution of work processes, operational models, and service flows, monitoring performance indicators and promoting data-based continuous improvement; * Manage the life cycle of the solutions under your responsibility, planning their evolution, evaluating new features, and ensuring adherence to corporate processes, business needs, and manufacturer roadmaps; * Act as a focal point in the relationship with suppliers, technology partners, and internal teams, monitoring development, support, service levels (SLA), and delivery quality, in addition to conducting tests, approvals, and training; * Lead or support digital transformation, automation, and evolution of management models, processes, and corporate tools. **Requirements and qualifications** **To participate in our process:** * Completed higher education in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in the management of demands, processes, projects, products, and IT governance; * Experience in the administration, configuration, and parameterization of corporate demand management tools, including, but not limited to: Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, and integrated applications, such as eazyBI or similar) / Project and Portfolio Management (EPM) tools from the Microsoft ecosystem, such as Project, Planner Premium, and related solutions / ITSM/ESM platforms for service and support management; * Experience in building and monitoring indicators, dashboards, and performance metrics; * Experience in relationships with suppliers, business areas, and multidisciplinary teams; * Knowledge of agile methodologies, workflow management, and project management, such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, PMBOK, or similar; * Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL), including incident, problem, change, and service request management processes. **You will stand out if you have:** * Experience in regulated environments, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry; * Experience with digital transformation, continuous improvement, and change management; * Experience in defining processes, governance, and best practices related to EPM, ESM, and ITSM environments; * Experience in building management indicators, dashboards, and metrics (Power BI, eazyBI, or similar); * Experience with low\-code/no\-code platforms for the development and maintenance of self-service solutions and process automation, such as Microsoft Power Platform or similar; * Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applied to the corporate environment and hyperautomation of processes, using solutions such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Rovo, or similar; **Additional information** **\+ Information** Work location: Brazil \- Available for occasional and organized in-person meetings.
