Job Summary: The professional will collaborate and support the clinical and administrative team, performing administrative tasks, organizing documents and materials, and compiling data for reports. Organize data for clinical reports and internal control reports 1\. Collaborate and support the clinical and administrative team as required by the department; 2\. Support administrative processes alongside the medical coordinator (attendance tracking, overtime balance control, vacation management, shift scheduling, shift swaps, requests, and processing of overtime payments, among others); 3\. Collect and deliver administrative documents from departments, sort them, enter them into specific spreadsheets, and compile data upon request; 4\. Request administrative supplies according to routine procedures from the warehouse and establish priorities for rational use of supplies under their responsibility; 5\. Gather and organize data for preparing clinical reports by the coordination team, administrative reports, and internal control reports for the department (e.g., indicator monitoring, occupancy rate, absenteeism), etc.; 6\. Maintain updated employee personnel files and archive documents belonging to the coordination team; 7\.
