Description
Responsibilities: Responsible for accounting internal and external fiscal documents to ensure accuracy and integrity of accounting information. Record incoming and outgoing invoices for products and services to monitor and ensure proper accounting treatment from both accounting and fiscal perspectives. Monitor legislation and ensure correct compliance. Record payroll, financing transactions, and verify fiscal entries. Analyze the fiscal trial balance and adjust inconsistencies. Ensure compliance of all operations by preparing reports and clarifications. Guide and support teams on accounting matters, as well as develop and implement accounting procedures. Prepare financial statements and financial reports used by company management for strategic decision-making;
Identify opportunities for cost savings and financial resource optimization through budget controls.
Assess key performance indicators; prepare and update the cost spreadsheet for the selling price of products and services offered.
Required Experience and Knowledge: Proven experience in accounting departments, expertise in closing financial statements under the Real Profit, Presumed Profit, and Simples Nacional tax regimes. Reconciliation of accounting accounts, interaction with and guidance to teams.
Knowledge of tax legislation, Microsoft Office suite tools; knowledge of administrative and accounting routines. Various reconciliations.
Compensation: R$3.349,00 - R$3.617,00 per month
