Management Information Analyst

Job Summary: An analyst responsible for collecting, consolidating, and analyzing financial and operational data to generate management reports and presentations for the executive board, ensuring information accuracy. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic involvement in the critical analysis of data and management reports. 2. Development of reports and dashboards using advanced Excel. 3. Interaction with state-level management teams and the executive board to support decision-making. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Collect and consolidate data from various departments (finance, deployment and demobilization, fines and damages, maintenance, etc.) across regional branches. * Ensure the accuracy and integrity of information sourced from multiple systems; * Break down high-level management reports to identify trends, deviations, and improvement opportunities; * Critically analyze data, transforming\-it into relevant inputs for management; * Develop clear, concise, and visually effective management reports using charts and dashboards in advanced Excel; * Present information in a structured and easily understandable format to the Regional Manager and the Operations Executive Board; * Act as a facilitator for the Regional Manager by providing necessary information to monitor branch performance; * Prepare presentations and analyses for the Executive Board as requested; * Frequently interact with state-level management teams to request and consolidate information assertively; * Maintain a constructive accountability approach, ensuring smooth information flow without compromising collaboration and support; * Handle a high volume of requests, prioritizing tasks and meeting established deadlines. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree preferred, currently enrolled or completed; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Advanced Excel skills; * Power BI knowledge is desirable; * Easy access to Chácaras Retiro, Goiânia/GO Minimum Education Level: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
