Responsibilities: * Manage and oversee the print shop’s production processes, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines * Lead, develop, and engage the operational team * Plan and organize production, optimizing resources and workflow * Monitor performance indicators, targets, and operational costs * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and waste reduction * Monitor machine operation and ensure basic preventive maintenance Requirements: * Organization, leadership, and strong communication skills * Results orientation and commitment to continuous improvement * Experience with printing processes and printing machinery * Basic knowledge of machinery maintenance, quality control, and production flow * Planning and decision-making capabilities * Knowledge of targets, performance indicators, costs, and waste control
