Job Description – Electromechanical Technician Area Mission: Ensure the availability, reliability, and safety of industrial equipment and facilities by performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance swiftly and efficiently, guaranteeing continuity of production operations and contributing to waste elimination. Job Mission: Perform mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance activities on industrial machines and equipment, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and process standardization, with a focus on continuous improvement and reduction of failures. Main Responsibilities: * Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on machines, motors, control panels, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and industrial installations. * Diagnose failures, analyze root causes, and propose technical solutions using schematics, catalogs, and drawings. * Carry out disassembly, repair, reassembly, testing, and replacement of components. * Respond to emergency service calls via work orders, conduct risk analyses, and ensure prompt response. * Request parts and materials from the technical warehouse and support inventory control. * Monitor the machine room and production indicators to ensure full equipment functionality. * Conduct electrical and electronic maintenance, component repairs, and diagnostics of PLCs, drives, and inverters. * Provide technical support for emergency interventions on any machine or equipment. * Maintain clear communication with leadership and peers, documenting incidents and applied solutions. * Take care of tools, equipment, and work instruments, promoting their conscious use. * Participate in shift handover meetings and align activities with production and maintenance teams. * Promote Lean Manufacturing culture, eliminate waste, and apply MASP for failure prevention. * Collaborate with improvement suggestions, new projects, and innovative practices. * Keep the workplace clean and organized, applying 5S standards. * Ensure compliance with quality, occupational health, and safety standards. * Practice 5S, follow occupational health and safety regulations, and implement Kaizens. * Activate the help chain whenever necessary. Hard Skills (Technical): * Completed technical education in Electroelectronics, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, or Mechanics (minimum 160 hours verified in the electrical field). * Advanced knowledge in hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, and electronics is desirable. * Experience in maintenance of Injection, Blow Molding, and Screen Printing machines. * Diagnosis and repair of PLCs, drives, and inverters. * Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and catalogs. * NR-10 certification (40 hours) is desirable. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
