**JOB OPENING FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER** **Location:** Paulínia \- SP **Responsibilities:** * Verify proper operation of locomotives during static and acoustic tests; * Conduct field tests to support the development of new products; * Assist customers in shipping materials to the company; * Provide documentation to support maintenance of company assets; * Deliver on-site training regarding company assets; * Possess knowledge of electrical diagrams, parts catalogs, pneumatic systems, diesel mechanics, and electro-rotating equipment related to company assets; * Monitor locomotive failures recorded in Uptime and LDC portals; * Analyze fleet performance through data sent by locomotives (develop graphical reports in Excel or Power BI). **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; * Relevant work experience; \- Advanced English proficiency \- Reading, writing, and speaking; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM\. **Salary:** To be negotiated. **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance, Meal Allowance (R$ 600.00\), On-site Meals, Medical Insurance (Unimed), Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Profit Sharing Program (PLR), Private Pension Plan, Wellhub, Pharmacy Benefit.
