




**Job Mission:** Coordinate maintenance, repair, rewinding, and testing activities for electric motors and electromechanical equipment, ensuring technical quality, adherence to deadlines, safety, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency of the technical team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate teams of technicians and electricians responsible for maintenance, repair, and rewinding of electric motors; * Plan work orders and assign tasks according to priorities, deadlines, and production capacity; * Monitor the entire technical process—from equipment receipt through to customer delivery—ensuring quality and traceability; * Supervise disassembly, failure analysis, diagnostics, budgeting, and execution of services; * Ensure electrical tests, balancing, and performance testing are conducted per technical standards and internal specifications; * Support the commercial department in preparing budgets, technical reports, and service proposals; * Monitor performance indicators (cycle time, productivity, rework, costs, and customer satisfaction); * Supervise proper use of tools, measuring instruments, and safety equipment; * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations; * Conduct technical training and develop the service team; * Prepare technical and performance reports for management. **Requirements:** **Education:** * Completed Technical School degree in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Production Engineering (preferred); * Registration with CREA (preferred). **Experience:** * Proven experience in maintenance and repair of electric motors; * Experience leading or coordinating technical teams; * Knowledge of failure analysis, balancing, electrical insulation, testing, and rewinding. **Knowledge:** * Applicable technical standards (NBR, ABNT, and NR-10); * Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams; * Maintenance planning and work order control; * ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite (intermediate Excel). **Behavioral Competencies:** * Technical leadership and team motivation; * Organization and results orientation; * Decision-making and problem-solving ability; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Commitment to quality and safety. **Expected Outcomes:** * Service delivery on time, with high quality and safety; * Reduced rework and improved operational efficiency; * Engaged and well-trained technical team; * Customer satisfaction and strengthened technical reputation of the company.
