




Responsibilities and duties: * Conduct quotations aiming always at the best cost\-benefit for the company; * Organize and document the entire purchasing process, gathering budgets and other necessary evidence; * Forward requests for approval according to internal procedures; * Issue purchase orders in the system; * Maintain constant contact with suppliers to request quotes and align delivery schedules; * Inform the store as soon as vehicles are ready for pickup or use; * Perform prospecting and registration of new suppliers. Requirements and qualifications: * High school diploma; * Basic mechanical knowledge; * Previous experience in parts counter, mechanic assistant or related roles; * Availability to work 100% on-site in Mogi das Cruzes – SP; * Proactive, organized profile with focus on results; * Flexible availability.
