We want to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Greet customers and thoroughly understand their needs; perform vehicle inspection checklists, carefully examining areas prone to damage—such as general paintwork, headlights, bumpers, windshields, roofs, hoods, etc.—and documenting any irregularities; verify via system whether required replacement parts are in stock, requesting them from other branches when necessary; issue quotations and service orders, clearly presenting details, costs, and payment methods to customers; offer additional preventive services; obtain customer approval / signature; dispatch vehicles to the workshop and communicate required repairs and services to workshop supervisors. * Contact customers by phone to provide updates on service "status"; schedule appointments and deliver related information; also send SMS notifications to inform customers upon completion of maintenance or other performed services. * Upon service completion, ensure all quoted items have been properly executed, then proceed with checkout—demonstrating completed services to the customer and directing them to the cashier for payment. * Receive damaged vehicles transported by tow trucks, guiding drivers to designated parking areas within the yard and issuing a receipt form confirming vehicle reception. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Basic mechanical and electrical courses. * Valid Brazilian driver’s license, Category B. **Additional Information** * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Life insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Totalpass. #### **Working at the largest CAOA Chery dealership network in Brazil is a unique opportunity for those pursuing professional development and a successful career.
