We want to meet you! **Responsibilities and duties** * Greet customers and thoroughly understand their needs; perform vehicle checklists, carefully inspecting areas prone to damage—such as overall paintwork, headlights, bumpers, windshields, roofs, hoods, etc.—and noting any irregularities; verify via system whether required replacement parts are in stock, requesting them from other stores when necessary; generate service estimates and work orders, clearly presenting details, costs, and payment options to customers; offer additional preventive services; obtain customer approval / signature; dispatch the vehicle to the workshop and communicate necessary repairs and services to the responsible technicians. * Contact customers by phone to provide updates on service "status"; schedule appointments and convey related information; send SMS notifications to inform customers about completion of inspections or other performed services. * Upon service completion, ensure all quoted items have been properly executed, so as to facilitate checkout—demonstrating completed services to the customer and directing them to the cashier for payment. * Receive damaged vehicles transported by tow trucks, guiding drivers to designated parking areas within the yard and issuing a receipt form confirming vehicle receipt. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Basic mechanical and electrical training courses. * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). **Additional information** * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Life insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Meal voucher; * Totalpass. #### **Working at the largest CAOA Chery dealership network in Brazil is a unique opportunity for those pursuing professional development and a successful career.
