




Job Summary: A professional to administer and process technical assistance and warranty service requests, analyze failure causes, and control associated costs. Key Highlights: 1. Administration of technical assistance demand requests under Warranty/Services. 2. Failure cause analysis and service cost estimation. 3. Tracking of parts shipments and control recordkeeping. Requirements: * Completed technical education in mechanics/mechatronics or related fields; * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (completion is a plus); * Solid proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel); * SAP knowledge; * Technical English. Responsibilities and Duties: * Administer technical assistance request demand under Warranty/Services; * Classify Warranty/Service orders; * Receive and process warranty/service procedures with customers and internally; * Analyze failure causes; * Estimate service costs with suppliers and labor; * Track parts shipments to workshops; * Maintain departmental control spreadsheets; * Perform other related and inherent duties.
