Job Summary: A professional responsible for administering, classifying, and monitoring warranty technical assistance requests, evaluating failure causes and associated costs. Key Highlights: 1. Administration of warranty technical assistance requests 2. Failure cause analysis and cost estimation 3. End-to-end support for the warranty process with customers and suppliers Requirements: * Completed technical education in mechanics/mechatronics or related fields; * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (completion is a plus); * Solid proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel); * SAP knowledge; * Technical English. Responsibilities and Duties: * Administer warranty technical assistance request volume; * Classify warranty orders; * Receive and manage the warranty process with customers and internally; * Analyze failure causes; * Estimate service costs with suppliers / labor; * Track parts shipments to workshops; * Maintain departmental control spreadsheets; * Perform other related and inherent duties.
